Plastic vinyl, minimum thickness without the liner shall be
0.004 inch, height - 2.00 inches. The tolerance shall be 3/32
inch for all characters and numerals except the letter Q's,
tolerance should allow for the tail to extend an additional
1/32 of an inch.
Color - black, non-reflective, not embossed; pressure sensitive
adhesive backing with removable protective liner; dimensionally
stable liner to keep the letters and numerals from curling; designed
for self-aligning and self-spacing; suitable for indoor or outdoor
use.
